The use for the microplate shaking incubator
Mainly used for mixing and shaking solutions in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plates (96/384 well plates), cell culture plates (24 well plates, 48 well plates, 96 well plates, etc.). It can be applied to experiments such as immunoassays and staining, and can be used in low room temperature environments or incubators.
How to use microplate shaking incubator
1. Fill the culture test bottle. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are insufficient culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
2. During continuous operation, the instrument should undergo regular inspections every three months to check for any water droplets, dirt, or other debris falling onto the motor and control components. The fuses, control components, and fastening screws should also be inspected.
3. Before each shutdown of the microporous plate constant temperature oscillator, the speed control knob must be set to the minimum position, the timer must be reset to zero, the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.
4. Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the smallest position.
5. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise from the motor, abnormal heating system, worn bearings in the transmission part, loose or cracked belts, abnormal heating constant temperature, or failure of electronic control components are found in the instrument, our company will continue to provide high-quality services and assist in handling them.
6. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
7. The bearings of the oscillator transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease calcium sodium based before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about the bearing space
8. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the timer or normally open position.
