How to use laboratory shaker
Preparation work: Ensure that the appearance of the rotating shaker is undamaged, the power cord and plug are intact, and place the rotating shaker in a stable, ventilated, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture.
Sample preparation: Prepare the required samples and reagents according to the experimental requirements, ensuring that the sample container is stable and will not tip over due to rotation.
Set parameters: Turn on the power and set the appropriate rotation speed and time by rotating the speed adjustment knob or button on the shaker. For certain experiments, such as syphilis testing, lower rotational speeds may be required to ensure sufficient reaction of antigens and antibodies.
Start rotation: After confirming that all parameter settings are correct, press the start button or switch of the rotating shaker, and the equipment will start rotating according to the set speed and time.
End of experiment: When the set rotation time is reached, the rotating shaker will automatically stop rotating. At this point, you can wait for a period of time for the sample to fully react before proceeding with subsequent operations.
Attention: When operating the rotating shaker, appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn and hands should be kept dry to avoid the risk of electric shock. In addition, the rotating shaker should be regularly cleaned and maintained to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure the accuracy of experimental results.
