MS-CZ120(120L) and MS-CZ200(200L) large-capacity weighing magnetic stirrers are customised according to customers' requirements, integrating weighing and magnetic stirring. It's made of 304 stainless steel, the magnetic stirring part is still inherited our company's excellent DC brushless motor and the latest computer closed-loop control, with large torque and precise settings, and the electronic weighing adopts excellent sensors, with accurate and reproducible measurements features, wide measuring range, and multiple ranges to choose. The operating table of this machine is divided into two parts: upper is the stirrer control and lower is the weighing control.
This machine utilises the magnetic field coupling principle to transfer power to the stirrer at the bottom of the dosage drum, which mixes different liquids as it rotates. Since the magnetic stirrer does not have any mechanical connection in the power, there is no risk of contamination and it meets the demanding hygiene requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Compared with ordinary magnetic stirrer this product equipped with an electronic scale on the device, which can be used to mix liquids proportionally, making the device more convenient to operate. Large-capacity magnetic stirrer using method: when using this instrument, firstly put the solution container in the middle of the stainless steel working surface, and put the stirrer bar into the solution, then plug in the power plug, and then connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, set stirring speed and working time, adjusting speed from low to high gradually, it's forbiden to start with high speed, to avoid the stirrer bar from not being in sync, causing the Jumping. The power supply should be cut off when not working, and the working power supply must be good grounding. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, it is strictly prohibited the solution into the machine and violent vibration, so as not to damage the parts.
